He is a graduate of the University of Arizona and is actively involved in philanthropic efforts that support improvements in public health, education, and medical research. As the founder and manager of the company, he is responsible for capital allocation and strategically overseeing the investment activities related to the acquisition, development, and disposition of properties. Kelly McKone
Executive VP of Real Estate
Kelly McKone brings nearly three decades of commercial real estate expertise to his role as executive vice president of real estate at 1784 Holdings. He is responsible for coordinating all phases of the company’s real estate activities, including site selection, entitlement work, construction, property management and eventual disposition. His comprehensive knowledge and experience ensure each project aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
Markus Hartl
Chief Financial Advisor
Markus Hartl serves as the primary liaison between 1784 Holdings and financial institutions and partners. In this capacity, he is responsible for researching potential finance partners and lenders, establishing budgets, negotiating loan terms, and coordinating all lending details throughout the underwriting process until the loan's conclusion.
